Our initiatives are designed to drive gender equity, diversity, and inclusion (GEDI) by combining research, advocacy, training, and awareness campaigns. Through evidence-based insights, public engagement, and capacity-building, we work to influence policies and practices while fostering inclusive workplace cultures.

  1. Research & Thought Leadership: Conduct research projects that explore gender equity, diversity, and inclusion across various sectors, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  2. Public Speaking & Advocacy: Engage in speaking opportunities and advocacy campaigns to raise awareness on GEDI issues and promote systemic change.
  3. Consultation & Training: Offer consultation services and training workshops focused on integrating GEDI principles into workplace culture and policies, especially in underserved communities.
  4. Knowledge Campaign: Launch a Gender Equality Knowledge Campaign themed "Quality with Gender Equality and Equity," targeting both public and private sectors. This campaign seeks to promote gender-inclusive approaches to quality management and service delivery.
  5. Content Creation: Develop and publish research findings, policy recommendations, and success stories to highlight gender equity challenges and solutions across sectors.
